EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
Returning your product because it’s unwanted:
Please return your item unused and in original condition, including attached labels (as it was received by you) with proof of purchase within 14 days, and we’ll give you an exchange or refund.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is not returned in its original condition or has labels detached, is worn, dirty or damaged.
By original condition we mean:
you’ve kept all original packaging and labels in good condition and the product can be resold at full price
you haven’t used the product
Which products can’t be returned?
The following products won’t be eligible for exchange or refund (unless faulty or not as described):
Products which you received over 14 days ago
Products that have been unsealed (other than to inspect)
Products without original packaging or where it’s been returned in poor condition
Products which have been opened or their protective seals removed and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (unless faulty):
Underwear or swimwear
Boots & Foot ware where used
Clothing where used
Any item that has been used and labels removed.
HOW AND WHEN WE REFUND YOU WHEN YOU MAKE A RETURN
When returning your item, the way you originally paid will determine how we refund you
we’ll process your refund once the item comes back into our warehouse and has been assessed.
It can take up to 14 days (usually sooner) for the refund to appear in your bank account from the time we receive the item.
Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

The return postage cost to Active Leisure will be the responsibility of the buyer.
The replacement postage cost will be the responsibility of Active Leisure.
